Priory discussed the brief with us at length, and from the very start, went out of their way to understand the brief, and provide us with repeated samples, until we were happy with the material design. They were very helpful in identifying what was possible, sensible and effective, in particular with the judicious use of foil, to gain the best possible shelf-presence without going over-budget. They are a busy team, and at times it was clear that their increasing customer demand meant that they were a bit stretched, but generally the timescale expectations that they set were met, and I am thrilled with the result. We are already discussing the next product line, a re-vamp of our 60-plus range of Speciality Leaf Teas!
I’m really pleased with the service and quality of the packaging that I have received from Priory Press. I have dealt with quite a few packaging suppliers and I can honestly say that none were anywhere near as helpful and enthusiastic as yourselves, especially when it comes to thinking outside the box for a more innovative solution.
I found this company to be warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Straight away they grasped my idea of having a box that portrayed our luxury, high end product, and produced several designs for me to chose from. When they came up with a prototype, I met with them again to discuss colours and text. Nothing was too much bother for them as we ‘tweeked’ the design until I was satisfied. The final box was even better than I had imagined. I am absolutely delighted with it and will be working with Priory Press again.
